We used Kevin Yu's team for both buying and selling. His team has many strong components. Christina was our Buying agent, she was professional and easy to get along with. Her availability on short notice for viewings was excellent and she gathered lots of additional information for properties we were interested in. After we purchased a home, I was impressed that during our inspections instead of sitting in the corner on her phone she took an active role such as taking pictures of appliances, measuring rooms, and testing things all without being prompted. The staging team did a nice job with presenting our house, and we received multiple preemptive offers. Kevin was a strong negotiator and we sold for more than we expected before the open house even started! There was some confusion over what services were included for the listing, but it was worked out. I think a written agreement of services would be useful.
