Meet Pablo and Angeline. A young family with 2 little boys that were living in a 2 bedroom condo in the city. When they first moved into their condo, they were childless and carefree. Then boy number one came along and life started to change.

Lillian and Graham have lived in the Junction Triangle for a while. But their townhome complex was starting to become a little cramped for their family of 4.

They were looking to expand their living space and add a third room and studio space but wanted to remain within the Junction Triangle area that they’ve grown to love and call home.

Greg and Jessica had their own condos to sell while looking for a new home to buy. Needless to say, it was a challenging process, but our expertise and dedication to the process ensured a successful outcome.
