Josh and Gloria lived in a two-bedroom bungalow where space started to become an issue for their growing family. Their home was simply too small for their current needs and lifestyle.
We typically get repeat calls from past clients when they decide to add more members to their clan. After our initial consultation, we sent in our stager to assess what needed to be done with the house. Our stager created a to-do list for Josh to tackle. While that project began, I introduced our buyer specialist Behi to find Josh and Gloria a new home.
After a little while, Behi found them their dream home. The race was on to get the cute little bungalow onto the market. Josh is a contractor, so he was able to easily tackle all the items on our wish list to send our team to stage. The house needed a full stage after having all of their belongings moved out. We were thrilled about how it all turned out, as the house was completely transformed to the point that Josh and Gloria didn’t even recognize the final product.
