Mike, his wife Anne-Marie, and their dog Zorra lived in a condo in the King West neighbourhood. The condo was nice and had many great features, but they always wanted a house with a garage or shed and possibly a workshop.

Fast forward to the pandemic. Now, Anne-Marie can work from home. But being home all day gave Marie a new perspective on their condo, which now started to feel too small. This prompted round 2 for house hunting to look for a place that they can really call home.

That’s when my buyer specialist Behi jumped in to help. Within a short amount of time and a few multiple offer situations, we found them a great home that they were more than happy with.

Our team of stagers, movers, cleaners and everyone in between were scheduled to work their magic. Within a couple of weeks, we got their condo on the market.
