I’ve known Greg for many years as we met when I had an office in Liberty Village. He recently married his lovely wife Jessica, and now they wanted to move into a freehold home.
Greg and Jessica decided to make a move because of COVID. While they loved their condo and their neighbourhood, they decided it was time.
Greg and Jessica were not looking for a new home that seriously, and were browsing listings online. Then they found their dream home and ended up calling Kevin to show it to them. They fell in love with it at first sight. The house was custom built by a builder for his private use. It was beautiful.
The couple wanted to make an offer on the house and found out there were two other competing offers.
One thing about homes is that you never know when your dream house will come on the market. Good thing we acted quickly on this one, as we could have easily missed out on a great opportunity.
We found them a beautiful freehold home that went in multiple offers. We made a very strategic offer and ended up winning the house.
Now the race was on to get Greg’s condo on the market. Our team worked quickly and efficiently and was able to get the condo on the market in less than a week. The number of condos on the market is very high. We spent a lot more time and money on getting the word out.

After only been on the market for a week, we ended up getting an excellent offer for the condo.
Meanwhile, Jessica also had her own condo to sell. The process of selling just one home while looking for another to buy is already a challenge on its own, but having to sell two homes just makes things even more challenging!
But while that may have made the task a bit more difficult, it’s nothing we can’t handle. Much like the sale of Greg’s condo, we managed to help Jessica sell hers as in a timely manner.
We brought in contractors and reno guys to help fix up the condo. It was previously tenanted and needed a lot of repairs. We staged the unit to make it look impeccable.
