Matt, who was a past client, referred me to his brother Brad. It seems like Matt was happy enough with our service that he put his trust in us to help his brother sell and find their new home.

Brad had a one-bedroom condo to sell in Toronto. The condo was tenanted, and the freehold market was taking off. We tried to find Brad, Aliesha and their daughter Maizy a new home but eventually was priced out of the housing market as prices skyrocketed, and we had to take a pause. Then came the pandemic, which paused the market, and we witnessed some homes came down in price.
We decided it was safer to sell first as the condo market started to get more and more supply, pushing prices down. After some great marketing and pricing strategies, we sold the condo.

Now we know how much money we had to buy their new home. We found some great homes during our search, but we lost on a few multiple offers as the market was very fierce. Then we ended up finding two great homes that were taking offers on the same day! Good thing that one was in the afternoon and the other in the evening. We bid on the house that was taking offers in the afternoon and was outbid again.
Now with some Toronto Real Estate Market battle scars, we were determined to win the second home. Also, we were competing with a couple of other buyers. After some patience, we ended up winning the house!
I’m very happy for them as the journey had many ups and downs. They had laser focus and were open-minded to our coaching and guidance. Now Brad, Aliesha and Maizy have a new place to call home! Congrats again!
