Meet Pablo and Angeline. A young family with 2 little boys that were living in a 2 bedroom condo in the city. When they first moved into their condo, they were childless and carefree. Then boy number one came along and life started to change.
All was well in the condo as there are a lot of families raising kids in condos these days. But when son number 2 was born, space became an issue. Their large 2 bedroom condo didn’t feel that large anymore and they needed to have more space.
That was when they contacted me and my team. We dropped by and assessed their condo to show Pablo and Angeline what their condo is worth, gave them staging advice, and filled them in on what to expect. Angeline – coming from an event coordinating background – was quite impressed with the plan and process.

Now that we had a plan in place to sell their condo, we started to implement some of it to get the space ready so that we can list ASAP when we find their dream home. My team was waiting on the sidelines as we started looking for their next home.
We had a mission and were very diligent in trying to figure out where to put our focus. After some missed opportunities and timing issues, we eventually found a home in the East side of the city where we were able to negotiate a price UNDER LIST PRICE! Unheard of in this market. The home was a cute little semi that had more room than their condo and was in an area that is very family-friendly.
Now that we secured a house, we had to work tirelessly to get the condo on the market asap. In under a week, we had the condo staged, moved out their extra belongings, and put their condo on the market. Take a look at the final product!
The staging and marketing worked! We had multiple offers before we even reached the first open house, and sold in only a couple of days and for an amount that was higher than Pablo and Angeline’s expectation!
